Steve Shollenberger

Managing Partner, Business Operations & Finance

Steve grew up in Montgomery County and has lived and worked in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area for over 60 years. Steve is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in accounting and economics. Steve began his professional career in 1986 as a CPA and over the past 35 years Steve has accumulated extensive expertise in managing and operating various businesses.

At a very young age Steve had a love for woodworking, as his mother grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania with 3 brothers who were all master carpenters. In the summer months Steve would spend time on the farm, which provided him with the opportunity to work with his uncles on numerous woodworking projects. To this day when Steve is not working, his hobby is woodworking.

Steve and Frank have had a long personal relationship, which brings a sense of family to the culture of Precision Heritage. This long history, built on a strong friendship has also fostered a professional bond between Steve and Frank, built on trust and professional admiration. These personal traits of respect and integrity are core values of Precision Heritage, and underscores how Steve and Frank interact with all team members and clients.

Frank Muller

Managing Partner, Director of Construction

With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Frank Muller brings a depth of expertise and a hands-on approach to Precision Heritage. He has a wide variety of experience, from framing houses to being a construction crew foreman to owning a commercial firm that built retaining walls for state and federal government contracts.

In the last decade, Frank has served as a project manager overseeing residential remodeling projects and managing the many construction crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople required to ensure projects come together as planned. Clients enjoy working with Frank, because he maintains open lines of communication and has a swift response to their needs.

Frank is a father of three who believes family comes first. He is an avid football fan and coached girl’s lacrosse at the recreational, high school, and club levels. Be warned, Frank has a clever wit and likes to tell corny jokes.

Alanna Blankenship

Director of Design & Project Management

Alanna is an interior designer with nearly a decade of experience specializing in residential remodeling. She has worked on a diverse array of projects, from cozy apartments to luxurious homes, always bringing a fresh perspective and innovative solutions to each one. Her ability to understand clients needs and translate them into beautiful, livable spaces has earned her a loyal clientele and numerous referrals. Her design approach is both collaborative and client-centered, ensuring that each project is a true reflection of the homeowner’s vision. Committed to staying current with industry trends and sustainable practices, Alanna continually seeks out new materials, technologies, and design methods. Whether it’s a complete home makeover or a single-room renovation, she brings creativity, expertise, and a touch of style to every project she undertakes.

Alanna enjoys spending time with her two sons - Carson and Crew. While she's not busy with the boys she's in the kitchen cooking or watching her all time favorite football team the Baltimore Ravens
